SHIPPING:

Canada: expedited package usually via Canada post.

USA: Tracking or small parcel. Tarrifs and customs may be added to your order.

International:

Shipping these days may take some time based on countries postal 
timelines. Please remember that if you want tracking for your item you HAVE to choose expedited or express post. Small package does not track and I am not responsible for it when it ships. I am also observing problems with shipping to Europe. Some pieces have eventually arrived at their destination and the post office/courier is demanding custom duty. I have no control over this.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Returns must be sent within 7 days of receipt and agreement via email.
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't 
returned in original condition.
Accepted returns will be reimbursed in full less postage costs.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not 
responsible for delays due to customs.
